OPEN DAY 2007

Dancers,
A reminder that Open Day is this Friday, 24 August 2007 from 1 to 6 pm.
Attire: half-grey, Western Dance shirt. Make sure you are properly attired.
Meet at our booth location, which is along the linkway, outside the I&E Hub, by 12.45 pm latest, for final briefings.

On Friday itself, the costumes parade is cancelled due to a regulation made that requires all students to be in half grey. So if you're scheduled to do costumes parade at the certain time, you're free to walk around.

Please check the schedule for the timing of your duties again (scroll down the posts), and ensure that you do turn up to man the booth/ give out flyers.

Booth duty
Standard stuff to say, introduce WD and what we do, and ask if they would like to write their names down on a sign-up sheet that will be printed.
Aristal programs will be on display, and if you have any nice photos of WD you would like to share, go ahead and print them out.

Flyer duty
We've already cut the flyers to be given out, I think we have about 200 in total so each shift takes about 40. We're allowed to give flyers but must ensure they don't litter the place.
Do not force them to take the flyers if they don't want to.

And, we're supposed to try and get all visitors to attend the principal's talk from 3-4 pm in LT5. Meaning if they come to our booth, get them to go to LT5. Don't force, encourage (:
