CCA CARNIVAL 2010

HI DANCERS!
CCA Carnival is next Wednesday 3rd February 2010 from 2.30-5pm. Everyone please refer to below to find out how you will be involved. (:
Attire for all: Black WD shirt and half grey (The day before 2nd Feb, you can wear the white western dance shirt for contemp prac so that you can wear the black shirt on wednesday.)
Our WD performance will be at 3.45pm at LT5, so if you are free and not on duty, please go and support! (: In addition, the 3 people performing (Erika, Nessa, Kelly) can walk around in costume before and after your performance item if you can to help advertise for WD.
FOR BOOTH DUTY: Basically, you are just supposed to sit at the booth and try to get passer bys to join western dance.
FOR ADVERTISING DUTY: Please report to the booth to get fliers. Following which, you can walk around to hand out the fliers and get people to visit our booth and join WD.
Okay, if you are unable to make it for your duty shift for whatever reason and would like to do your shift at another timing, please find someone who is willing to swap with you and then message Tricia to let her know who is swapping with who asap. Lastly, if you have any queries regarding CCA carnival, you can contact Tricia or Emily. Thanks.
